So i see their flyer everyday and i decided to get it.
After paying money they are saying that wires in my block are somehow cut and are not laying new cable and are saying that there is some connectivity/signal issue, so they won't lay cables to my area which is total bs.
Now they are issuing refund.
It is literally available 100 metres away from my home in adjacent block.
So how do i convince them to lay cables again to my block.
I was interested in 10Mbps plan and would have opted for 20Mbps next Month if services were good.
Will they lay cables if i tell them i will subscribe to more expensive plan (50Mbps) and then change it to 20Mbps next month.
Is there anyone higher up whom i can talk to apart from customer care ?
Othwerise i will be stuck with mtnl 1Mbps @Rs1300+
Goddamn excitel is approx 1.5Km away(according to their map) for more than 6 months and isn't looking like they will come to my area in any distant future so Siti is only way for me to get good speed and no fup.
