How do i convince siti to lay cable in my area(avail 100mt away)

So i see their flyer everyday and i decided to get it.
After paying money they are saying that wires in my block are somehow cut and are not laying new cable and are saying that there is some connectivity/signal issue, so they won't lay cables to my area which is total bs.
Now they are issuing refund.

It is literally available 100 metres away from my home in adjacent block.
So how do i convince them to lay cables again to my block.
I was interested in 10Mbps plan and would have opted for 20Mbps next Month if services were good.
Will they lay cables if i tell them i will subscribe to more expensive plan (50Mbps) and then change it to 20Mbps next month.

Is there anyone higher up whom i can talk to apart from customer care ?
Othwerise i will be stuck with mtnl 1Mbps @Rs1300+
Goddamn excitel is approx 1.5Km away(according to their map) for more than 6 months and isn't looking like they will come to my area in any distant future so Siti is only way for me to get good speed and no fup.

1. Talk to nearest Excitel guy about it and they will tell you when are they going to come in your area. (Don't rely on Maps).

2. If they are not laying cable it maybe because of the poor SNR which they are not able to fesable or maybe they didn't get enough customers in your area.
 
I dont know about siti but first you should upgrade your mtnl plan because mtnl gives min 2mbps on all plans, it gives 4 mbps with 170gb fup for 1449 + tax in delhi .

Ok i will talk to nearest excitel guy and for siti, their customer care is straight away saying that their technical team can't provide service to your area and don't know the truth that they don't want to lay cable again so it is a dead end from cs side.
If i talk to their nodal officer or someone higher who will atleast understand the problem then will it work ?
 
It doesn't help on one customer basis. It depends upon the number of potential/subscribed customers can be availed in the area.

What is your Area and State?

My plan is of Rs999 with 1Mbps unli and 200 calls which i don't use because jio and with taxes it reaches upto Rs1351 (with modem and all other taxes)
And that 2Mbps speed has FUP of like 20GB but the fup is not strict so i manage to download more than 25GB in first 2-3 days
It works in such a way that your 2Mbps speed won't drop to 1Mbps on the same day when fup gets over but on the next day so i exhaust it in very early of the month
 

@Adidam i live in Sarojini nagar which is in South delhi.
Siti has been here for more than 3 months because thats when their flyers and stickers started spreading and i see people using it everywhere around my block(their wifi names have siti in it)

recheck mtnls plans
 
Excitel won't come till LCO is there. You can check hathway(their plans are different from site one) or try Airtel VDSL with +100gb offer, after which there may may be more players and you might be able to reduce tariff.

But at least you should change plan. Had MTNL 512kbps in 2011 and it was torture. Using 2mbps now, and still have youtube problems and some image heavy sites have to be refreshed to load.
 
Contact your cable operator, he must be having some internet tie up, In this day and age where most people are switching to DTH, internet is the main focus of most cable operators.

Like @xyx2000 said plans really have changed and they are still giving me those decade old plan when i should be getting 70GB 2Mbps after that 1Mbps and now im so angry that if i express myself here i will get banned
Now this is the last month i will use mtnl, they didn't even bother to upgrade my plan when i have been using their service for more than a decade. They are serving me **** on a platter.
I will definitely abuse my area manager babu when i return his landline and modem.

And about lco topic there are easily 4-5 lco here that i know of
Hathway also drops their flyer every other week. I think they have 10Mbps 150GB fup @ approx 1k.
Maybe i will subscribe to them if siti didn't listen.

@manu1991 you are right i should call every lco nearby and ask about their plan offering but im skeptical that they are even close to Excitel/siti plans
 
LCO dont have their own plans, they usually tie up with some provider only. If not excitel or SITI, it could be some provider like Timbl or Hathway like you mention

ISPs generally do not upgrade plans on their own, you have to do it .
 
BTW Siti only gives 1mbps up in all its plans so IMO it is worse than Hathway etc
