Big issues with Airtel 4G dongle internet services

I am in the second month of the subscription of the Airtel 4G for 75 GB.

I use it mostly for my work and in the evening I watch some low resolution videos in youtube and I never download any movie or a big file.

Always I switch off the dongle when I dont use it

The 75 GB are enough for 10 days!!!!!!!!

This is not possible or the 75 GB are not 75 GB.

I tried to find a way to monitor the data consumption in real time and that was not possible.

I contacted the Airtel branch and I asked help and they pretended that they were always busy.

I told them that I will cut the subscription if they would not help me and they replied "send us the application to cancel it".

Ridiculous situation that reaching the limit of the fraud.

I fed up guys!!!!

Stay away from this service to make the provider to change attitude and optimize the service.

Yeah, I have their 4G home wifi router CPE device and recently there was a firmware update that REMOVED the device feature that had in-built data usage meter. That was very handy to check accuracy of their online account balance website based usage meter. Now I too feel my balance is dropping rather fast, will have to start using some local data usage meter checking software or something to confirm.

No wonder they're called "airtel".
