So i mailed airtel rearding Vfiber.They mailed me back that they can upgrade it and gave me a plan which i agreed to.The airtel guy arrived in 30mins and changed the modem to VDSL.Since then there is no internet and have no idea when it will be rectified.
 
what did cable guy said?
did he tweak setting or not?

did u try adding yr acc details to modem?
 
modem changing guy also did the activation for me by calling backend team. He only left after net started working.
 
The guy came today and after 4 hrs the net started working.After 2 hrs his office asked him to leave for some other place,i said if you leave tell your superior to take the disconnection request.So he stayed.

Seems there was a TAG mismatch between MDF and NoK and a password issue as well.
 
@rasalghul - do you mind sharing your location? as in which city are you in?
