Vodafone Not generating Port Code intentinally ?

Yesterday I sent porting msg to 1900 and I got this message:
"The number you are requesting for porting is allocated for our internal purposes.Hence plz contact our customer Case for further details".
Then I called customer care and girl told me to visit Store to get port code so I visited Store and told store girl my problem. She told me porting code is not generated due to premium number(***786) and asked me my original ID and scanned my id and sim and sent email to someone and told me that "Sir, please wait till evening and you'll get your code in evening for sure". I came back to home and waited till night but no updates then I tweeted @vodafonein and they said someone will contact me tomorrow. So today new girl called me and asked the reason for porting I told her then she said okay sir we'll generate porting code please submit your id copy and sim copy to vodafone store, I told her I already did that then she said she will call me back in noon for further details. She called me again around 12:30 pm in noon and told me that we need few more hours and we'll provide you code today evening but again I haven't head anything from them and code is still not generated.

Now I am little frustrated here why I am facing this trouble when I already did what they said. Anyone ever faced such issue ? what are options for me now ?
 
considering you are already in the process of dumping them, just have a bit more patience and follow through with it. it's not like they can refuse to provide the code. if they continue to stall it, i guess send a mail to the nodal/appellate authority. sending a complaint through pgportal might also work.
