Buffering and packet loss on Excitel Broadband

Shitty speed since Sunday afternoon, no resolution in sight

excitel just went crazy at my place. ping to forum jumped from 30ms to 150 with tons of packet loss. speedtest results are fine. no packet loss on google.com. just hoping it's a temporary. forum pages are struggling to load here. just wondering if any other excitel user is facing the same right now.

Can confirm same issue in East Delhi. DNS queries are going to sgp for 1.1.1.1 with >150 ms latency

heh. one of those times when using VPN is incredibly faster than direct.

if route to singapore is borked, i would have the forum to another DO location lol.

in theory yes.

DNS queries taking extremely long >150ms to 1.1.1.1
Most dns queries times on my pihole are now very high.
