Don't expect that "powerful router" to come any soon. They'd say its oos for now and will ask you to wait for 3 months and they'll keep dodging it smh

@gl1tch which plan are you in? I asked for more data for 150mbps plan, they are willing to bump the post fup speed to 50mbps and throw in a static ip, do they keep their word on 'offers'?

The WiFi antennas are no doubt 9dBi powerful antennas but the WAN & LAN ports are only 10/100 Mbps.

How pestering is Hathway executives or CC people. If we don't recharge every month or seldom recharge? Because I am planning to take Hathway as a backup option (300 Mbps plan). I have Airtel as a primary connection and a local isp as a backup connection (The max speed I get from local isp is 150 Mbps). If they are too naggy. I may better stay with local isp as a backup option.

No such plan is available for me to choose in Chennai. Best they can do is 799, 150GB @ 40 Mbps + 299 unlimited add on.

i am currently on this plan. but i need more than 1.2TB. i kept calling CC and they say its the max

you can switch 300mbps which offers 2tb data, donno if its available monthly.

@manojrk connection is up for renewal in another 10 days, is 2400inr for 3 months+30 days extra a good deal for 150mbps?
or should I wait on them for better deals?

nah, i cant spend 18k yearly for broadband. i got a good deal from airtel for 3333GB/299 monthly which is addon to any fibernet plan starting from 799. but not fiber in my areaso i get only 16mbps.
