I bought an item on 25 nov but the asshole seller didn't replied to any of messages and bigger asshole ebay don't allow to cancel the order so after the delivery deadline passed, it was auto cancelled on 1 dec and refund approved on 2 dec but still as of 11 dec I have not received my refund.

Their CS is shitty and its quite confusing to navigate through their website to finally get the chat or email option.

And its just not me many people have not received refund even after 20 days

On sms it was written I would get refund in 3-4 days then next day new sms 8-10 days, on their website 3-5 days, their CS tells 10-12 days WTF!!

how did you pay ?
I once paid for an order via mobikwik , it took more than a month after ebay had processed the refund for it to reach my mobikwik a/c. Never used mobikwik again
 
credit or debit, also was it any govt banks by any chance? if it is a debit and a govt bank then you'll have to call up your bank and place a request for the same.
 
Got my refund finally.

Here is what to do :-

1.) Contact ebay (find the email option not chat) get details of refund transaction (rnr no. , auth id, txn amt) then contact (email/online portal) your bank with the details.

2.) Wait of 15 days (no weekend + other holidays) then send an email to the grievance dep The Security & Resolution Centre
