Utter Confusion in getting a connection in Saket

So i recently moved into M- Block, Saket, New Delhi. I was looking for a reliable yet fast ISP and the very first name that came into my mind was Excited because of having it used it on my previous address. So i called them up and asked if they are feasible in my location and i was told yes they are and a technician would visit my premises next day and would complete all formalities and install the connection. But no one came for a week. I called up again and i was given a guy named Pradeep's number (8802703838). Whom i called up and enquired and i was told he doesn't cover my region and covers pushpvihar. I gave up and was looking for alternatives and then i got a call from excitel itself there was some lady on the phone who confirmed that it is 100% feasible and she will have the technician visit my premises within the next 1 hour to have it installed. But again no one came and when i called back the number it was a normal customer care IVRS number. Then in hope i tried calling excitel again and i was told again that it is feasible and this time i was given phone number of a guy named Jeevan (07827570822), and once again when i called him up he tells me he serves malviya nagar area and not saket. Philip Marlowe if you can help me out in getting a connection of excitel or at least confirm if it is available or not in my area that would be a big relief.
 
 
I've had a similar experience. I wanted an Excitel connection so I filled up the online form. I soon got a call from a representative and when I asked whether a connection would be available in my area I was told yes. The next day I called the customer care and asked another sales guy if it was feasible in my area. He said it was not feasible in my area. I'm really confused and I still don't know where I stand x'Dx'D
 
Let me try to check the cases. Sometimes it's really difficult for back office to know exactly how feasible a link is... they tend to overpromise easily.

I hope so. We are constantly expanding coverage, but it is dependent on Fiber infrastructure availability and some areas will get it sooner than others just because of lack of available fiber and the need of construction.

i got excitel installed at my home finally today. i was serviced by Video Spectrum Internet Services, H-30, Saket, Delhi 110017,

im really surprised that philip even after you checked from your end and you told me you still couldn't serve me because your services are not available.
