Low Speed/Packet Loss Issues on Excitel Broadband

pls msg me your username in Excitel I want to check about twitch.

Recently one more Upstream connectivity was added and this should improve Twitch experience.

Unfortunately still Twitch is not locally peered in India, therefore it's a bit difficult to optimise the quality.

is something wrong with excitel?
i am seeing extreme packet loss of 20% with general slow browsing and my excitel portal is also not working.

PSU on PC got fried today courtesy of DHBVN. Here is from the phone.

guess its a global issue then.

Can confirm, browsing is very slow with intermittent link flaps

called cc . they said they are having some software issues and it should be resolved within 1 hour. i asked him about the packet loss and slow browsing since they are unrelated to 'software issues'. they said if i am experiencing these after they fix their software issues then i can just create a ticket and then appropriate solution will be provided. 🤦

i think its fixed. my excitel is working and winmtr showing 0% loss when pinging google.com
