Unable to connect to Cisco VPN for office network access

Took BBNL connection newly. When attempted to connect to VPN, the authentication completes, but as soon as the connection is established, the connection is terminated ad ready to connect again. While,on my Airtel - VPN works perfectly fine. Disappointed by BBNL support staffs inability to help. Please do help me solve this issue with detailed steps to follow or call me asap on 9591810074. Help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance
 
I used to use VPN ( although not Cisco ) on a BBNL line.. I faced no issues.
 
I have recently got BBNL connection in Mysore. I too facing issue while connecting to Cisco VPN. Its gets disconnected while establishing the connection. However It works fine if I use my Mobile as hotspot from Airtel. The issue is when connected to the BBNL network. Please help me in resolving the issue.
