Unfortunately i am an existing customer of Act Fiber net.I requested for connection shifting from Allwyn'x' roads, miyapure to chandanagar.They took more than a week for connection shifting after several calls with customer care executives.During, this period every day i received call from Act fibernet that they were coming for shifting and checking availability in the home.Then i waited for them.They didn't come.This happened for a week.After some days, they have shown kindness on me and shifted connection.After this, Part-II of torture started for me, i received calls everday in business hours from Act fibernet executive for verification.They disturbed like anything.This happened four to five days.Finally one day i said aggressively that how many times i will tell the address.Then after they stopped to call.
Yesterday i received a surprise from Actfibernet in the form of bill of Rs 345 for shifting connection.I don't know on what basis they are charging Rs 345 for existing connection shifting.Is it justifiable for Actfibernet to charge Rs 345 for shifting existing connection with lot of delay.
Act Fiber net will never think about providing quick services and solutions.They never think about the service lost incurred to customer.
They will show their eagerness on imposing charges on customers.
Unfortunately, i paid for 6 months subscription and i need to bare them till completion of that period.
This is my bad experience which i had last three weeks with Act fibernet.
