Details Required for renewing/changing Dish TV Subscription

I am from dubai, and here its not so easy to get Dish TV receivers.I found out some one who is willing to sell the receiver. Can any one tell me what all details I should collect from him, so that I can reniew the subscription (if required change the package).

Details... nothing.. everything is done online.. just see that you get all the items properly...... STB and also VC card in it. and better check if it is running or not b'coz different VC in other STB wont work.. ok it should be paired ones..

Thanks for your reply... I know everything is done online .. but when I try to register in their site thay are asking ... Viewing Card Number & Set Top Box Number... will it be printed on them or provided seperate?If its provided seperate I have to ask him to provide that also.

I would like to know weather I can change my package (i.e. from freedom to welcome) online?
