9:15pm. no one is picking up the call now of course. excitel is down. went down repeatedly through the day. has been down since 6pm or 7pm. i spent most of the time watching the backend of the load balancer. the stupid load balancer does not even switch back 50% of the times when primary connection starts working so it is annoying to keep track on when excitel comes back online if it does at all. i guess it would stay down till i can start calling the fuckers again in the morning.
Does anyone get low speeds on phone and high speed on laptop using the same wifi connection?
I'm using TP-Link wr841n with 100mbps excitel connection. I get around 90 mbps on laptop but on phone or ipad i get a maximum of 45mbps (both phone and laptop speeds are on wifi connection)
And i do not get notifications from snapchat and whatsapp using excitel dns, i have to set it to google dns to recieve notifications.
Please help. Thankyou.

Which router are you using?
it has now been down for more than 9 hours. that's just the single continues downtime. practically speaking it has been down since yesterday evening. yesterday morning if i include the random downtimes that kept on hanging my load balancer. it's 8:30am and the lco is not yet picking up the phone so there's that.

excitel has reached my location(gandinagar,Hyderabad) as soon as they completeding wiring they came tomy house and asked me if i want a connection i sed no as my act connection is good and fased only 2 download times in 9 munths do you think i made a mistake buy saying no to excitel?
why? they would not give you a connection if you apply in future?
wait for a few weeks. check how stable the connection is with your neighbors. if it's stable, then consider applying for it.
i applied as soon as it arrived because i did not have a decent existing option. i was stuck on reliance broadband 4mbps which barely gave me 3.5mbps. so anything would have been better.

in my building everyone uses act and dont change to any other isp because they are happy with act iam also happy with act but the amount i pay is INR 6642 for 6munths and i get 60 Mbps and 200 gb of fup excitel is cheep and no fup so it is actracting me
