ACT Fibernet... pathetic service experience

Hi ACT Team,

I don't have net connection since 7th Oct 2016 till now.
In spite of calling 5 times none of the engineer turned up to resolve issue at my home.
The connection is registered in the name of my room mate.

ACT doesn't reply here anymore, try pinging them in social networking sites using some alternative net connection.
