I came across this page in bsnl dataone website and am unable to interpret the same.

To provide a means to bill for the aforesaid services by either time-based or volume-based billing. It shall provide the customer with the option to select the services through web server[/b]
Reading between the lines I see that these guys have intension of billing the customers heavily. Time-Based billing seems to be my choice rather than volume based. But current billing scheme is Volume Based 🤔
What's still interesting is the last line.."It shall provide the customer with the option to select the services through web server". This feature is still not implemented i suppose or does it exist already. :huh:
