I'm using bsnl since long time. my current plan is 675 /- 1 Mbps Flat after fup. I have no problem with internet while using in night. But after morning and before evening, around 9am-6pm everything start to messed up. slow browsing, can't browse facebok, can't see comments or notifications, page always in loading situation. youtube videos start to buffer....while on same quilty i can watch in night. tried to google dns but not so much difference...just a little better. i can open other sites but they also take time... like a 2G aircel. Please Help...
