Blue Tokai Coffee

I prefer my coffee black 🙂 I have 100% coffee along with pinch of cinnamon.

regarding tea, they only had assam tea. didnt have darjeeling tea at my place. try at your place maybe?

i mean how do you make coffee? using the filter coffee thing that is popular in south india?

oh! I get your confusion! Im talking about exclusive cafe coffee day coffee powder shops. not your regular cafe coffee day outlet

ccd cafes do stock coffee. but my local outlet is usually always out of stock.

have been using an aeropress for the last couple of weeks and so far it seems like a great investment. i do mess up coffee at times. but getting the hang of it. a drip coffee maker is safer choice but does not make strong coffee. aeropress gives you a lot more freedom but if you do not balance milk and coffee properly, you end up getting strange tasting coffee. but so far loving it.

Microlot - Thogarihunkal Estate | Blue Tokai Coffee

Each year we cup hundreds of samples in order to source the highest quality beans. While the overall quality has been increasing with each harvest, we occasionally find unique lots that deserve special recognition. Our new Microlots Series is a celebration of these coffees, with each scoring above 85 points on the cupping table due to their complex and unique flavors.

Our first installment in this Microlot Series comes from Thogarihunkal Estate. This microlot of Selection 5B is grown at an altitude where the windy and cold climate causes the beans to mature very slowly. After multiple rounds of selective picking, the ripe cherries are pulped, fermented for 12 hours and washed. The SLN 5B varietal has become increasingly rare and this microlot blew us away on the cupping table with its fruity complexity and floral notes. This light roasted coffee is ideal for pour over, Aeropress and other filter methods.
