How to get the validity I paid for?

For my prepaid UP-East connection, My Idea app lists a data pack: Rs. 996 10GB 3G data for 90 Days.
On 2nd Sep, after payment, I get 10GB for 28 days only until 29 Sep.

I decided to raise a complaint. Idea Customer Care (customercare@idea.adityabirla.com) says the problem is with App. They won't do a thing because as per them Rs996 pack give only 28 days validity. They asked me to contact App Support, so I did.

Idea app support (appsupport@idea.adityabirla.com) reverts with only with an automatic reply that they will get back in 24-48 hours. Now all deadlines have passed. Twitter got no response either.

posting a 1 star review would get them to reply to your review. though i guess they would provide the same email id to contact them with the issue.

the proper route would be to escalate the complaint with the nodal/appellate authority. usually an email would do the job. mention the complaint number that has been rejected. include all the proof and your original complaint and their response.

Escalated to appellate authority by email.

App Support Request number C1-7229030211 dated 03-Sep.

Idea is proper desi co with no working etiquettes this i have discovered while using them for 3months.

All have responded. All have apologized. All have asked for some time.
Google Play message was never responded.

End result is that no one came back with a solution.

"Offers" are usually baits and you are not supposed to take it because they can always claim that it has been withdrawn.

Finally I got a response and the correct validity is given after 15 days.

Effort I had to put in:
For 15 days, I had to email to customer care everyday.
For 14 days, I had to email to app support everyday.
For 10 days, I had to email to appellate authority everyday.
For 10 days, I had to tweet Idea.
