Jio number about to stop working

Received a message from Jio
URGENT:"Your Jio number is about to stop working. To continue using the 'unlimited benefits'- Log on to MyJio app, click on avail offer and press 'submit' button. Please ignore if you have already followed the process."
Basically I generate a code on my non-supported Nexus 5 via the outdated app. LTE stopped working after the 2gb data as expected. So I generated a service request stating that I am unable to activate unlimited benefits on my phone. Today I have received 2 calls from Jio which I didn't pick up. I my city they are not providing sims to everyone,
What should I do now?

You must know how to activate as well when you have generated the code from a non eligible device.Do that and maybe you'll have a working number.

I have got the unlimited benefits. They have recharged my account with JPO unlimited recharge yesterday and today I have received this message and 2 calls from +22xxxxxxx number.

Ignore the message then.
