BSNL DataOne is yet to announce any unlimited usage plans for its DataOne services.Airtel currently offers 128k unlimited usage plan for Rs 900. MTNL offers Night Unlimited(NU) 256k plan for Rs500.If you are not satsfied with BSNL's current plans and would prefer them to introduce at least a couple of unlimited usage plans, call/email your complaints to the following officers of BSNL😀eputy Director General (Broadband)- Mr. Lav Gupta(lavgupta@bsnl.in)Phone No: +91-11-23734057Director (Commercial &Marketing) - Mr. G.S Grover(dcm@bsnl.in)Phone No: 23734064Chairman and Managing Director - Mr. A.K Sinha (cmdbsnl@bsnl.in)Phone No: 23372424In your call and emails ask them why government owned telephone companies in the rest of the world (where labour/engineers is much costlier) are able to offer unlimited 1MB+ DSL broadband for less than Rs 999 per month. Moreover Government of India has permitted all telcos in India to import DSL and other broadband equipement at very nominal(5%) duty. Plus India now also has terabit fiber optic international links. So why is DSL broadband offered by BSNL so much costlier than rest of the world?Kindly ask them to explain the puzzle of super high prices of brodband in India.Ask them to have BSNL introduce 256kbps unlimited DSL broadband plan permanently at Rs 750 (or Rs 999). Point out again that in much of the world, government telcos are providing unlimited 1MB+ DSL service for the lesser or same price. Also ask them if a government owned company like MTNL has the common sense to offer its customers a NU plan, is BSNL so unmindful of its customers not to at least offer same and when does BSNL plan to meet its customers expectations!Hopefully a number of polite emails/calls from many customers from around India will convince BSNL that it has to change and forcing its customers to pay the usurious rate of Rs 2/MB is ridiculous and simply unworkable for any serious broadband service.
