mtnl triband

i m using mtnl tri band,i got good service from mtnl people,but the connection is very slow.i reside within 2km distsnce from exchange.generally the home page opens littel faster,but when i go for sign in or click any link,it takes lot of time.i have to double click or tripple click the link to open it faster.does it creat any problem or it is normal way to wprk it faster?i have put the new telephone wiring.but still the problem is same.is there any other way tomake it faster?pls help me!!!! : 🙁 with regards,shripad

Hey.What rates are you synching at? Full 512/512? Also MTNL DNS servers mite be messing up somewhat.Try downloading something from microsoft.com (they have tons of bandwidth so u'll able to max ur d/l speed out)..For 512kbps..it should be atleast 50k/s..One night, Triband was messing up at my home too.Perhaps its just momentary..Edit: You can try other DNS addresses..and see if it makes a difference.7star's DNS: 202.134.160.7 and .8In2Cable: 203.192.204.5

by changing dns address or any technical configaration,will it not creat any prob to router?becoz i had to get it reconfigered by mtnl people due to this type of action!!
