What can I do to get my Jio sim Issued for someone else ?

I am regular follower of BBF created the account today to get help on jio simcard.After clicking on Get jio sim, I got the page written with bar code “This bar code is automatically saved in your photo gallery.” No other pages came. Just this msg arrived. But nothing is saved in the gallery. Plz help.

there is already written “Redeemed” on bar code. I got no other steps like location , city etc… and dirctly got bar code with “Redeemed” written on it. Pls help. i have a samsung a5

I visited at-least 3 stores .they are saying that they do not have any idea and can not check who issued the sim on my code

Call 199 or 198 if you have any jio number or call 1800-88-99999 from any non-jio number or email at care@jio.com
 
Most probably some guy spoofed the IMEI to get a SIM I assume.. :/
As said in the above message..see if you can make a call and get any inputs..
I don't think they would let you the details of the person who issued a SIM on your IMEI
 
jio is saying to contact the store where sim was taken . how can i find the store ? they are not ready to reveal store location or the person name and address. any help ?
 
Some idiot must have looted your quota of sim , I fell that nothing can be done now . If you purchased mobile online and if it's in range of return window then better return it and ask for replacement otherwise it's upto JIO store guys to give you sim which they can't as some asshole had faked and got your's sim .
Got to fell bad for you ! 🙁😢
 
It's also the fault of JIO to have such glitch in their app's ! It will surely create bad-will before their launch.

You can,but do you really want to take that much effort to get this sorted out...
I mean for once this guy can be anywhere in India..and you need to have a follow up wherever he is,also he might have changed his IMEI again to his original one.. 😕
 
@volcano619 I think he should file a FIR who knows if that person uses that SIM for some illegal activities and somehow OP gets linked with this. I sim is issued on his IMEI so police may question him.
 
because the sim provided to the person is based on the documents submitted by him. If the app is having bug police will not entertain anything.
