Thanks for your support and hope you enjoy the battery life this case provides. Every single review really matters. Thanks for making us better.

After going through this thread, we noticed that the cutout of the case blocks the camera and the flash seriously. We checked the model. It's fine. It might be caused during the producing. We are working with the factory and upgrade this case now. The new case will be available along with the next batch in August. We'd like to replace a new case for everyone who bought our nexus 6p battery case. We are sorry for the trouble.

According to the GPS issue, we are collecting the feedbacks from the reviewers and customers for now. We did a test on the GPS when charging. It worked fine outside in the open area. When we tried to locate the position in the office which was a poor signal area, the GPS was slightly affected by the battery, but after 30 seconds, it showed up. At the same time, we charged the phone with a power bank when using GPS, the signal turned up after 10 seconds, slower than when the phone was not charged by anything.

We know some Pokemon players are excited about playing the game with our battery case. Sorry there might be the GPS issue. But please give us more information about this issue. We can try to fix it.

Please test the GPS following this steps below:

1. Apply the app GPS Status & Toolbox (Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...sim.gpsstatus2)

2. Go outside and start testing the GPS when the battery is charging the phone

3. To see if the location can be tracked accurately.
