well in my area in2net doesn't provide direct connection ...providing through local cable operator.
following are the tariff from cable guy.
1Mbps - 550 something !
2Mbps-800Rs
4Mbps-1200Rs
8Mbps-1700Rs
i am using 8 Mbps from last month and speeds are promising as well as it provides torrent caching service so getting 10mb speed for some of a cached torrents.here is a speed test.

No packet loss ...no downtime from in2net at least ...sometimes down due to local building issues as all building in lan network ..so if by chance any building electricity is off for work then only network goes off..So far I will say downtime was like 2-3 times but that too not from in2net side link is always up!!
