Considering to Switch to Other ISP [Need Help]

Hello guys,
I have been an Airtel broadband user for about 2 years now. Their high price is really bugging me, as I'm a frequent gamer with alot of internet usage (100+ GB/month) with high bandwidth requirement. Looking at all plans by other ISPs is really tempting me to switch to them. However, it seems as if Airtel is leading in the quality and customer satisfaction center. My problems are usually resolved within 3 hours upon giving them a call with barely any downtime. Pretty happy with Airtel except for its high pricing. And so here I am, looking for suggestions from guys like you who I consider to be honest. Coz screw the claims made by ISPs (You know what I mean). Some key factors to be taken in consideration:
  • I live in South West Delhi (Dwarka region to be specific)
  • Fibre line is available, currently on a 16mbps plan by Airtel
  • Looking for a ISP with-
  1. Low down-time, preferably with a prior notice.
  2. Reliable
  3. Good and STABLE speed
  4. Cheap
  5. Good customer service
  6. Low latency (200+ ping is cancer to me)
Does any ISP even cover all these points here in Delhi? Also please mention your area with your review/suggestion. Different areas have different quality of service by ISPs.

Thanks,
A fellow internet user like you 😛

Call them, say you want to cancel, depending on your current plan, they can offer you a sweet discount. I just moved to Bangalore and wanted to cancel my new connection, immediately they offered a 100 Rs.discount. I was anyway on their lowest plan.

No harm in trying.

Do this if you bargain right you can more than double our fup.....I went from 25 gigs to 115 by paying 450 more......
took a lot of cals though

Try Excitel, Den Boomband, Nextra. Check their coverage and you may read up on their reviews in the appropriate subforums.

Check out the new unlimited nextra plans in dwarka they have very wide coverage in dwarka.

If you have no problem with Airtel except the cost I suggest you try to get a better deal from them.

My problem with Airtel is frequent disconnection so I just switched to broadband provided by a local cable operator......30MBPS 100GB post FUP 1MBPS Rs 1500/m.....after calling them I got connected in less than one hour.

Here is a thing The day Mr. Ambani announced the new rates for 4g Jio My Airtel BB speed revert back to 8 MBPS. My plan is 999 Rent/mnt 8 MBPS upto 40 GB. I have already depleted my 40 GB for this month still I am getting the same 8 MBPS speed i.e 1 MBPS actual download speed. Has any one had the same experience. I am not contacting any Airtel exct though or speed will revert back to 1 MBPS. as per FUP.
