So its funny how I was able to login on shitty android app and wasn't able to do so in billing.railwire.co.in and I knew something is not right.

So here's how you can login in railwire billing site.

Get you state code, like for Jharkhand its jh and for kerela it kl and so on.

now go to <state code>.railwire.co.in

eg - mine will be jh.railwire.co.in

login there with you given railwire userid and password and you should be able to see all the details online, broadband usage and change password and what not.

Note - Its funny how its "Billing" page but you can't pay your bills online, I'm disappointed.

P.S.- Sorry if its already known, nobody told me.
 
Google helped me find the right portal. I guess I got lucky.
 
The site provide the correct address for Tamil Nadu, Kerela and Karnataka only, rest of states have no option. So I figured this out this morning.

PS - There online helpdesk is fast (tickets), got a reply in 1 hr as estimated.
 
My email was replied at 5 am in the morning. I guess they have 24x7 customer care.
 

Whenever I send them an email, they reply promptly asking me to call customer care :lipssealed:
 
I asked them to change my email, well they responded within 30 mins but never changed the email. Guess there's no hope for railwire after all.

They should have your phone no. on the website.
