try restarting the router and then connecting. also are you sure the ip is correct?

Yes, the ip is correct as per Wireless Network Watcher. My internet was not working at all 5-6 days back, now its working but router settings isn't opening

Always change your password from default airtel acc no. That way they won't be able to remotely provision it.
Unless some backend window is there which I doubt in these routers airtel provide.

You posted the other thread about virus infection where you mentioned even after reformat you still getting browser redirects?

So, yeah could be your ROUTER itself is infected 😀

Try a full hard reset - there should be a tiny button somewhere behind/below the device with "RESET" written on it. But beware you should know how to come back to your current settings and what the default admin login/password is etc. before trying this stuff.

Try accessing it from another device first to ensure that it is the router and not your computer that was infected.

Some viruses redirect all your traffic to gain ad revenue. Removing it without changing the redirect in your system hosts/browser/whatever else they use now will continue to redirect you incorrectly.
