I heard that speed of act is good.So I applied for a connection in choolaimedu.To get connection, I got headache like any thing.They said they would come after 3PM.I waited for them without going outside.They came at 6 p.m. and gave connection on the same day but did not activate.When I called to customer care, they said it would take 7 working days.When I called to the document collection guy, he did not answer me and he did not respond properly at all after getting the amount.I can not ask for cancellation after wasting of my time and getting the connection(without activation).Still I did not get activation of internet connection.My suggestion is think many times before going to opt the Act.It is better to go for another service provider
Bad part of this is:
To get the connection:
They will give connection immediately without activating.They will say that they would activate after completing the document collection.But they wont collect documents immediately.So you can not ask for cancellation
