0.5 Mbps speed served for 4Mbps plan during day

Hi,

My plan is #BBM4M1050, which means 4Mbps till 80Gbs (same speed during day and night).

However I am getting speed up 0.5 Mbps throughout the day. Everyday after 11:30 PM or later my speed gets automatically fixed and next morning it again comes back to 0.5Mpbs.
Some variation is acceptable during day night but this right now during day speed is really slow almost 10 times slow. During day I don't even get 0.5Mpbs speed, I get fluctuating 0.5Mpbs which means average speed during day is around 300Kbps.

I have been writing Tikona to fix the issue for last two months.
But they haven't. They have standard solution, restart laptop in safe mode, clear history, clear cache, plug LAN directly (which I am already doing), restart router. If this doesn't fix the issue then it means there is no problem at all.

Their appellate authority sends automated response emails, advance team in technically incapable, senior officials are maybe sleeping.

I don't know what to do. I have forwarded my request to TRAI, and waiting for TRAI to provide some help.

I would be thankful if this forum can raise my issue and provide me some resolution.

One thing about Tikona is it's very erratic. There are days when I get full 4mbps and days when even 100 kbps is not achieved without disconnection.

It's not stable like Airtel
