New connection, help!!

I'm planning to get a new connection from railwire. The wired broadband facility is not available here yet but they provide the service through wireless point to point thingy. Please answer the following queries

1. How is online gaming basically CSGO and Rocket League?
2. What about the CPE they provide, can I buy it from open market and can I return it if I choose to discontinue the service if I buy from railwire itself? They are giving Mikrotik sxt lite5, is it good?
3. They are charging 4500 for Mikrotik CPE? Overpriced much!?
4. Any kind of roaming for eg if I took the CPE to another city and start browsing upright.
5. Throttling?

BTW the guy said they are not giving out new connection for a week for some shady reasons so I can decide till then.
 
I am using Railwire since 2 weeks. Connection is wireless. My cpe is Airmax M2Hp.
Installation costs 3500 and they will refund 50% upon disconnection.
Pings are awesome(20-40ms)! Gaming is superb(I play CS 1.6) . Don't know about roaming.
Throttling - No( you get same speed in all sorts of downloads).

P.S. - I am on 4mbps plan 1030incl taxes. 30GB FUP then 512.

My Ping is horrible dude. All ports are blocked even after port forwarding on router. I get high pings in european servers over 200- 230+ in battlefield 4 previously ISP it was 150. Any solutions ? I got 10mbps plan.
 

Thanks for the info, as for railwire, their service is horrible (i couldn't even a get a new connection been like 3 weeks ). I tested the speed for both 1mbps and 2mbps plans and boy they were good. Its true they block port but I didn't encounter high pings. I got pings in the range of 60-80.
 
Its been almost a week since I filled up my details for a new connection but no answer yet. How is the service guys? I will be using it for live streaming of matches and torrents.
Currently I am on the BSNL 1445 Rs/pm, 1mps post FUP. Railwire is providing 2mbps in similar price.
Any suggestion are welcomed.
