RailWire Questions Please Help Me with New Connection

Just got to know that RailWire is available in my area. Now before I change ISP I have few doubts so please someone help me

1) Does upload also count in Data Limit of FUP based plans? How much upload after FUP over.
2) Which plan is best for unlimited uses
3) How much will be WiMax charges? and Installation charges
4) Can I surrender connection and get back price of Wimax device if I don't like?
5) Youtube and Torrent peering/caching available? How does this work(Local operator do this or Railwire)
6) How much stable are they with WiMax connection?
7) Fiber and Wimax speed are same or any difference?

Anything else you want to tell please go ahead...
 
1. Yes upload also count in FUP & all other plans. After FUP its unlimited.
2. Depends on your need. All the plans are either unlimited or Unlimited after FUP.
3. Depends on your LOC. They might be giving it on rental or you have to purchase it from them or from markets. Here i have bought wireless antenna of worth 5000rs for 4mbps plans. If i want 10mbps speed then i have to spend 9500rs for better wireless antenna. It does not called wimax its called point to point dish or wirelss antenna or something else but its not wimax.
4. My loc told me he will take back wirelss antenna in half price if i return it under 6 months period. So aks your loc, what he offer.
5. No YouTube and torrent caching is not available but i get full 10mbps speed whenever i use YouTube or Torrent even i am using cheap dish(airgrid m5 HP), If i need smooth 10mbps then i have to buy powerbeam m5 400(8200rs) on flipkart after discount.
6. My wireless connection is higly unstable. Speed reduce 100s of time a day. Very disappointed, Since i do not have any other ISP so i am bearing them.
7. I have used 2 wireless connection and i find wireless connection is as good as fiber if its well mounted and mainted by ISP. My previous wirelss connection was very good, 99% uptime but my ISP intentionally throttled my speed so i stopped using them.

40GB will be over in a day with 10Mbps plan. In how many days you use pre FUP data? and how much bill comes, thanks a lot for all your input. Really very helpful bro.

Bill is fixed. Just add 14.50% tax to the amount shown on website.
You can use 40GB in single day or can use it wisely for next 30 day. Its depend on you. Here in haryana we have 60GB railwire plan 1430rs. And i use it wisely and make it run for up to 25 days. Then 1mbps unlimited.
 
Raman same plan but ping is high in online gaming and all ports are blocked . Any solution ?
 
well railwire do not provide public ip address and i think you get ports open only with public ip. I am not sure...
