How to Track SBI Debit Card's status?

@Saurabh Srivastava it is about 15 days passed after the new debit card request. but till now no any new card is reflecting at online sbi. i even don't know that i will get a new card or not.

@Abhishek You will able to see new card details like ending 4 digits on internet banking. And also speedpost tracking sms. That's it..there is no other way of communication.

@Abhishek kumar6758 Don't worry you will get your card sooner or later. Keep asking CC about your Card. SBI is really the worst in case of customer service.

Hmmm....how things have changed within a year time😡

^Each and every bank (PSU/Private) is liable to provide zero balance account as per Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana with a RuPay debit card.

Regarding SBI card issues - Unless it is an account which can not be moved to other banks, there is no point in sticking with that bank. 99% of the branches are filled with hundreds of customers, making us feel like we are in city market.

Move to other private banks for peace of mind. Charges and interest are more or less same these days. For basic banking, one of those Payment Bank accounts make good sense.
