Sites not opening and disconnections in BSNL Broadband.

Hey, I'm on BSNL's 1495 (4MBPS upti 30GB) plan and from today's morning some sites are not opening. Sometime they open they open sometimes they not.
Imgur,TT,EconomicTimes isn't opening.

My Line Rate:
Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps): 512
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps): 8000

DSL Modulation

G.Dmt Enabled
T1.413 Enabled

DSL Capability

Bitswap Enabled

DNS Servers

Primary DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS Server: 8.8.4.4

Above sites are working fine here though not able to open Amazon right now.
