Never renew throgh the sify BB client!

Guys please don't use the client for renewal. Yesterday, though my card was charged the renewal did not happen. The client screwed-up once the transaction was completed in the citibank site. It was supposed to come back to the sify site but it did not. My advice is to use he sify.com site and and buy the pack from their shopping portal.

Nah I did the offline renewal via client and it worked fine......the best thing is u can renew days after ur account xpires

ya me also this time renewed using the offline recharge but not with the credit card optionand worked like a charm

We can't renew using their site. They posted a message announcing that in April and saying that henceforth the renewal would be possible through the client only. But I don't know if this decision of their has been reversed (considering how fickle minded Sify is.

Their might be connectivity issue at the time u were renewing.....this can happen even with their siteWhile on site....u go to Citibank Gateway for payment and then come back to Sify for activation.....if something goes wrong there.....ur account doesnt get renewd.Same thing happened to me while purchasing Raolway Tickets at IRCTC.....payment was done on debit card...but tickets cudnt be bookedBest is to call ur Credit Card/Debit Card Bank.......or Sify......the charge reversal will take place ina few days......for the time being go for manual renewal via CTO......and dont pay hin until u get ur charges reversed
