Login wifi problem with act fibernet router

I have been using act broadband, recently I have taken act fiber net router.
Unfortunately I pressed forget wifi password on my phone. So now I'm unable access internet through phone. And

when I'm trying to login to act router, it is asking USERNAME and PASSWORD .......!!!!

But I didn't know login credentials.
Please can anyone help me out from this rather than resetting router to defaults?????

Please help me. It's very bad feeling I ever had.!!!
 
The username is usually admin. The password is admin or password.

Could you suggest any more suggessions please....
 
ACT does not make routers so that must be some white label Chinese router. Check if there is a manufacturer name under the router or on the box. Once you have that, a Google search will give you the default username and password.

Or just call ACT and ask them.

They don't need your registered email ID. They need only your user ID or your registered mobile number. This is starting to sound like a scam now.
