Hope this piece of news is true (if it is then tere mu mein ghee shakkar 😛 )

i had seriously like them to take their users seriously. providing cheap broadband wont get them customers like me who need decent reliable and trustworthy service. they need to get their customer support department fixed up. and please no queues... for bill payments....

abdulrahman004 well i do hope that i get the chance to get the `ghee and shakkar' from you 😀 Pupudada!

Sushubh well service of `bsnl' is crappy, to say the least.. right down from their choice of modem, to ppl who attend the customer's (helpdesk)... for quite some days have been getting extremely poor speed on port 80 (trying to d/load the same file via my browser gives me speeds of 8kBps, while the same, using a d/load manager.. using just 1 thread for parity's sake, gives me 28kBps). i think they have started to choke the p2p clients.. not sure though. i really wish the quality of service of `vsnl' (they got a superb service in kolkata).. connectivity and speedwise along with the rates offered by `bsnl' mixed together would really make a great offer... 😱 Pupudada!

tell me this sushubh...would u not like to have a connection wherein u don't have to deal with the CC guys at all???and as far as standing in que is concerned, i think all of them have the "online payment" in place already...so i think that's better anyday... 😀

well with airtel the only thing i have to deal with CC is the calls i get from them confirming whether i have recieved the bill or not. as for bill payment i go to the counter give them my credit card and it is all done within 10 minutes in an air conditioned office. i am not sure if that can be done with BSNL DataOne.

the salt lake offices of bsnl ae air-conditioned and well for a pleasant surprise, the officers are nice and courteous (barring a miniscule few)... the speed of the work is quite fast too... just my humble opinion... 😛 Pupudada!
