i5 4460 reaching 100C temps after installing 2 new fans!

Recently built a new pc consisting of i5 4460, gtx 960 Asus strix and corsair spec 01 case.

temps of i5 was reaching max 67C on load. Installed new two coolermaster fans and now temps are reaching max temps of 100C and running at 97C 🙁

But mobo temps are at 30~40C and gfx xard is 60~70C max on load. Even hard disks dont exceed 40C.

What am I doing wrong? (PC noob here)

Most likely a buggy software. Try installing the one that comes with the mainboard CD.

CPUID does not show processor core temperatures?

Btw Problem solved! I should hit myself for making noob mistakes

One of the wire from cabinet fan was blocking the fan of CPU from spinning. Just used some zip ties to better organize the wires. Temps back to 40C
