Looking to go for ACT, need some help

Im a gamer and I stay in Bhubaneswar and study at hyderabad. Im looking to go for their 100Mbps plan.
Can someone help me here, who uses their 100Mbps plan ?

What speed do you get ?
How do you test your speed for real 100Mbps ?
What router do you use ? Do they suggest a specific router ?

And can you send some pictures of their installation, because I have to get permission from my land lord.

And also, can you show me the ping and trace route of those 4 :
google.com
8.8.8.8
sgp-1.valve.net
sgp-2.valve.net

I have the 100/100 Mbps plan. I get about 105 Mbps on wired and about 95 Mbps on WiFi. I use speedtest.net. Advertised speeds are valid only till the nearest test server. Anything beyond that is out of ACT's control and the speed depends on whatever the responding server is able to transmit.

You'd need a gigabit AC router to get these speeds. There are a lot of options available in the market. I use a Netgear myself.

Installation is simple. The fiber will terminate at an MDU ONT in your apartment. This can serve about 6 to 8 apartments. One Ethernet line from the ONT to each apartment. Max length of Ethernet can be 100 meters. There will be severe degradation beyond this, so this will determine the location of the ONT.

Ping to google is about 10 ms and ping to Singapore Valve is about 40 ms.

Could you please help me with the netgear model ?
And can you send me a trace route of 8.8.8.8 and sgp-1.valve.net and sgp-2.valve.net please ?

So, in one apartment, they have multiple MDU ONT ?
Can you share a pic how it look ?
So, like each floor has one ONT and then ethernet comes through internal wiring or exterior ?

You got pictures ?
 
Also, how do you test if your internet speed is really reaching 100Mbps ?
what files do you download and test ?
or what did the act people show you when installing ?
 
Don't go by their pre fup speeds.
The post fup speed is dismal except in hyderabad.
