Which is best Indian hospital for allergic treatment?

I have winter allergy. I feel pinch and needle sensation all over my body whenever my body temp get overheated in winter. Because of it i avoid standing in sun light for long time. I have researched about it and it could be related to dysfunction of nerve or anxiety. Only solution to get rid from this is i have to sweat daily by doing exercise. When i start exercise i feel these needles until i start sweating. I have this problem from last 7-8 years and i have seek to many doctors but did not find any solution. Anything that increase my body temp i.e emotional stress, physical work, excitement etc. It got stop when summer start and return when winter start. I can not enjoy winter 🙁

I live in Haryana but i can go anywhere to get rid of this allergy. Even can travel to other country.
