lolz.I find no fault with their download speed. Its more than what I asked for. But can they get that online lags down. Coz constantly having 1500ms+ lags is irritating.

Pinging google.com [216.239.37.99] with 32 bytes of data:Reply from 216.239.37.99: bytes=32 time=285ms TTL=251Reply from 216.239.37.99: bytes=32 time=280ms TTL=251Reply from 216.239.37.99: bytes=32 time=279ms TTL=251Reply from 216.239.37.99: bytes=32 time=279ms TTL=251Ping statistics for 216.239.37.99: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 279ms, Maximum = 285ms, Average = 280mswhat servers are u trying to ping ....let me know so i will also Test

I dunno for how many days you will get that amazing 220KBps speed !I'm not jealous...the less speed I have the less will be my usage...there is datacap mind it...but 20KBps is min I can tolerate. 😀It could have been better if u had captured only the download window...the full desktop here makes no sense...

Hey Cisco tech,

In the download manager window, if I sum up the chunks 0-7, its only 3007KB while the total downloaded says 34MB. Now is this software having a bug and u think that its real 220KBps ? Or are there more chunks that I cannot see from the screenshot ? 🙁

Change ur download manager to say FDM and post again.

Some info about Reliance ( fine prints ) they have 3 speeds on offer 18, 256 and 512. Progressively the prices go up from 750 to 2000 PLUS for the said slabs. The have simply put a 10 GB limit for all 3 of them. There is nothing called Unlimited in these schemes of theirs for Broadband. The Dial Up pack offered by them for FWT and FWP users have similar schemes though there seems no fine print there and unlimited use is permissable. These Dial Up packs have a 1500 package for unlimited hours and unlimited transfers ( both bundled in the same ). The lower packs have limits. Dial Up speed is 115 and not 256. ( Too many virus' in their server I feel ).I am yet to get feedback about Tata Indicom which offer .

The burst speed would be such ...if you download an e-mail attachment from your gmail account... the d/l speed would start off at 100KB/sec  sometimes even more !

But as it can seen in the screen shot this isnt the burst speed . He has already donwlaoded 34Mb..
