Cannot download torrents from link-removed

When I click on the download torrent link, this message is on the page
"“Your requested URL has been blocked as per the directions received from Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. Please contact administrator for more information.”

I'm able to download torrent files from other sites though.
Any workaround for this?
 
Buy a VPN.
 
You can just use Opera Turbo or Tor for simple needs. In fact, just find another torrent service that works. Most of them have same torrents in the end.

add https:// .. will do
 
Thanks for all the attempts to help, as of now nothing works.
Opera turbo gets the same error message as before.
With a VPN plugin for Firefox I cannot login to the site.
The https thingy gets this message "Unable to complete secure transaction"

The site is the big D, clicking on "Download torrent file" asks me to save default.htm
Right click save as gets the same htm file
 
On the left there are 3 links, the top one ia an ad
Download now
Download torrent file
Download as magnet link
Download torrent anonymously with Torrshield

maybe a site problem
