Should Agnivo be brought back to the forum ?

Moderator had personal differences with Agnivo. Agnivo accused him of being something like biased and then Moderator ( Susuhubh ) chucked him out. But as Agnivo is extremely knowledgable and active, I would like a vote if he should be bought back or not.
