reason for sale : brought it as a gift for someone but they didn't like it so i'm selling it

For the sake of buyer and seller we only deliver by hand and box seal was broken due to customs clearance. But check the pictures laptop was still with Apple seal

Seems fair. You may want to blur the serial number and other details that are visible in the package just as a precaution and PM it to serious buyers in case they wish to check the warranty and other details.
 

If I am paying that much price, might as well pay full price for Indian warranty.
