Can they be sued for incorrect advertising? Under the new advert policy, technically they can be.

it seems weird that they would just shut it down. probably look for a buyer? they would have tons of unsold inventory? and i imagine outlets too.
 
What I understand is, platform is closed for the customers but it will remain active for few months to dispose off the inventory.
