Well i have nothing much to say basically. I feel its the poorest service ever.What r ur thought on it. But pls dont go praising them just for installing the modem. Pls tell us ur experiance when something went WRONG and did they come for help and did they do it in time??.
 
Yea they are caring and friendly atleast in Kolkata. They take up complaints and get the issue solved within 2 days. 😀
 
I also agree that over Kolkata has decent BSNL support for all services.
 
Wont say much about the city but BSNL support is surely good.
 

u got the howrah bridge. we got only convergys' rash drivers driven Qualises around here 😉
 
I m from Ahmedabad .... very good support from BSNL guys..... and even my prob was solved ...still they called up and asked Sir how is your BB goin ...?? ..Is it Ok...?Is Speed ok ??very nice and Polite
 
Yea quite better than local cable-internetwallas and operators like sify...😀And not like Reliance guys sittings in webworlds who know nothing and shout at the customers while they relax at ease in AC cabins in royal style ! :angry:
 
We do have the Howrah Bridge and Victoria Memorial but then nothing great about it. Gurgaon is near Delhi.

gurgoan lacks historical destinations. which i hate about this town. we have got some of the best MNCs out here. but nothing matches the historic destinations like the Howrah Bridge. hell, we do not even have a mall road here. the shopping mall road is a curse on the city which blocks the traffic's way to delhi.
