Tata Sky has launched online recharge with Credit Card or Net Banking. But earlier, my Tata Sky page on their website said that you can recharge with any amount from Rs. 1 to 9999 with Credit Card. Now they have again gone back on pre specified denominations only for Credit Card recharges also.
 
it is just their trick of making money by always keeping some extra money remaining in ur account(with specified denominations)
 
I re-charged today online for 300/-.. Check now, it would work..
 

when you buy Tata Sky online there is some discount available in terms of additional month of free usage. For online recharge is there any such discount?
 
Yes it was there..Not sure if its still there...Around 6 months back, I had re-charged for 1500 and I had got 90/- extra..Why dont you check with the CC or on the website..

thanks. i will check with Tata Sky website. my friend told me that if you recharge for a year they charge you for 10 months. i am not sure if this is only for online recharge or even offline. anywys i ll check.
 
That is annual package..

so in annual package 2 month discount is available to every one. I mean online and offline recharge both?
 
u need to have Rs 2600 or more to do annual recharge online.so first recharge so that your balance reaches 2600. then do online change to annual pack.
