Are Maintainance Charges Official?

Some company Broadband 50mbps + Jio Airfiber 30mbps
Cant we just do not pay the Maintainance Charges and if cto disconnects the wires we keep on complaining the sify cc. Lets all ask them that we have not received any written communication from sify. CC are just verbal talks so it cant be taken for paying cto. Initially nothing was agreed. Lets all stop giving the cto the Maintainance Charges . If we are united sify may be forced to send some mailers or upgrade its sick login client with a popup msg to pay the cto Maintainance Charges. Today cto and the sify are enjoying and we are suffering. we do not get the speeds we deserve. We have to pay cto extra which he does not deserve. We have to also tolarate the caps on Unlimited access per day and lose a day validity. Please share some comments to stop this.
 
the mantainence charges are unofficially official. if u call the sify customer care centers, they would tell you to pay what the CTO asks for. but ofcourse nothing is said in written. I had advice you to ask for a bill with proper service charge levied to make it official. otherwise complain to the tax offices 😉
 
maintenance charge it not official!!! if it had been, it would be equal everywhere and every CTO would charge that...mine doesn't, a single penny, as of date...don't know about the future :huh: the best thing to do is ask the CTO for a bill for every penny u give him...with all the VAT and stuff...that's the only thing which may straighten them a bit...i hope... 🤔
 
VAT is not applicable on providing services. Service tax at 10.2% is levied.
 
well my CTO always gives me a bill of the connection i rechargeand as we all know the pack includes the service tax so there's no other charge and tax applied on it

and what do you think will happen? they will shy away and apologize. oh please. grow up. it is out there. if you have to do anything, go to consumer court and sue them.
 
I was just reading that terms and conditions.. There is no mention of 200 mb per day. It is 150 mb per day and if u exceed 150 ur 1 day is deducted and on same day if u use 25 mb another 1 day is deducted . so if u are using 176 mb in one day ur 2 days are deducted..... This is mentioned in the above terms and condition which they have implemented from 9th june 2005.

the maintainace charge is an excuse for the cto to collect money to buy his wife tht extra extra extra large set of 'victoria's secret' for diwali ech year. bloody bA***Rd charges me 500/- extra for my exatt... while only 50/- for sify. ITS A BLOODY SCAM> i think sify gives these guys a bigger cut so they want everyone o shift to sify!!! SIFY SUCKS ALRIGHT!!! :angry:
 
lol...and to add on to that, my CTO's wife is a total b***h!!!she didn't renew my packs as i was not available to give the guy money once...can u believe that??? 😱they behave as if they're doing us a huge favor by giving us net...believe me all these CTOs have the same mentality and that's why all these absurd charges and stuff.... :angry:
 
Sify through its CTOs and otherwise too, is one annoying service provider. Very, very annoying.
 
I meant to say Sify CTOs and Sify employees both harass and annoy.
