Product Ordered by Flipkart Delivered to another town

Hello, I ordered a SD card during big-billion day which was shipped by Speed Post on 20th Oct. Today I received my sale invoice from flipkart via email. I was surprised as I haven't received my product. When I tracked it from speed post tracking Article Tracking using ID AD005911220IN to my surprise they delivered it to 231301 instead of 231001. I ordered that sd card just to utilize my flipkart wallet balance to it was prepaid package.
Has anybody else has faced such incident?

Delhivery screwed up one of my Flipkart big billion days sale order too. The order never reached me.

Was that COD or Paid online?

Paid online. It never moved out of Delhivery's Hyd facility. Cancelled the order after waiting for more than a week.
