How To Recharge Bsnl Evdo Data Card using paytm unlimited 838

Paytm doesn't work for me too. I use Freecharge or Mobikwik. Mobikwik should be last option for online recharges so try freecharge first.. do a special recharge and enter amount directly then proceed.

if ur plan is already activate ie Unlimited plan is already active , then everymonth 750 Rs will be deducted automatically
so before the date ensure 750 balance in account , u can get talktime by doing topup
am using this , so i dont do recharge , when there is offer for full talktime or bonus talktime i make topups

if u are from south , then use the genext portal to convert talktime to validity

i am not from south but my current balance 952 or 852 rs by topup on new sim validity is already activated but my plan 838 not activated
i asked bsnl office guy for 838 plan he tell me that always use topup never use recharge but he said we can't topup of 838 instead use 800 or 700 he topup but my plan is not activated
asked customer care my current accunt have approx 782 after that other mobile section guy told me topup 60 more after that my current account have 822 still my plan not activated
bsnl office tell me after that we can't do any thing tell now i have talk time of 822 rupees other mobile section guy told me use 822 talk time as a data and use internet i doubt it will last hour
i lost 822 rupee and wasted 6 hour in bsnl office like bsnl employee
and my account have 822 talk time after that i recharge 40 rupee by Paytm
and stil my plan is not activated
my acount have 852 talktime
i am from mp not south
please help me
i only buy sim not data card i already have data card

I am also from bhopal , keep in mind that never add balance as it is of no use because BSNL EVDO sims issued in MPCG are only for data purpose and not for calling , even you can't send message to activate any plan only you could send message to other numbers . So for damage control , as you already have 850 + in account , go to BSNL OFFICE and write a letter asking them to change your plan from general to 750/- per month evdo unlimited data plan . Once that is done you will have to wait for 1 or 2 days and 750 ruppee from your balance will get deducted . Once that will happen you could use unlimited evdo data for 1 months . Now after 1 month you could go to bsnl office to change your 750 plan to general plan or you could do a top up and maintain a balance in excess of 750 and you are done .

If you don't bother about your excess balance, then you could recharge from freecharge ---> bsnl ( in network operator ) -----> plan value ( 55/-- for 2 day ) ----> special recharge ( not top up otherwise it will add to your data ) -- > now pay . I yesterday did 55 ruppee recharge and got 2day unlimited internet ( even in 3rd day Data works till 3 .51 AM exact) . so I can guarantee you that these will work as mine own bsnl sim is MPCG sim .

Note 1 - Don't use internet now otherwise your full data will be consumed .
Note 2 - Lot of people here are from south zone who have gennext portal , and even their calling facility isn't blocked so their suggestion may not be valid to MPCG circle sim.
Note 3 - Even after if you don't get it to work do message me , i would be happy to help you , even then if it doesn't work , then just tell me your evdo no. and i will do a 55/- 2 day recharge for you as a gift.
Note 4 - Speeds of EVDO in Bhopal is 400-600 kbps ( 50KBPS-65 KBPS in day ) and 800 - 1500 kbps in night .

I always go to freecharge then data card ---> BSNL ---> amount ---> pay ----> Recharge done . So , why are you suggesting him to not to do via Datacard .

Hey Media fire and others,
I am thinking of updating mine general plan to 750 plan /- prepaid per month .
But their are few question like if i do a recharge of 750 will I get full balance or their will be 14 % tax deduction
As per BSNL website --> ON recharges above 499 = Topup value - processing fee* + 10 % bonus where processing fee is 3 ruppee or 10% of topup vaue which ever is less
So , as per above statement on recharge of topup 685 = 685 -3 + 68.5 = 750.5 balance .
Conclusion - So basically it will cost 685 for bsnl evdo unlimited ( leaving Paytm or free charge 10 percent cashback if done at correct time ).
Am I correct in these calculation or is their anything i forgot ? PLease reply asap as I will be visiting bsnl office very soon .

no, I am from north zone. even freecharge did not work for me.
 
@ajaystvoo , first get ur plan activated from BSNL office only they can activate the UL plan , once the plan is activated the rental of Rs 750 will be deducted automatically from office , the SIM and plan activation normally takes 1-3 days depending on the BSNL office , does ur SIM and data card support call option ?

@Jasmee yes u are right , if u use the talktime bonus option , u get to use the EVDO at lesser price
the rental is Rs 750 PM , if u do normal recharge for Rs 750 the talktime credited will be less , until and unless there is some offer for FULL or BONUS talktime

@iSaurabhSri , if freecharge doesnt work , did u try local recharge option , there is no other go other than trial and error method , since the methods vary from region to region , no one can be sure about the procedures
 
How do you get to know about full talktime offers ? Are the Talktime offers same for CDMA (EVDO) and GSM users ?
So , basically without any bonus talktime offer , How much do I need to recharge to get 750 or above balance ?
Thirdly , I heard that if i don't do recharge for two months then balance will go in negative even if i don't use EVDO data in that month , Is it True ?
